The new voting period for the proposed amendments to the Association’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) is now OPEN!

Voting Period: October 30 – November 20, 2026

Deadline: November 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to a technical issue affecting the verification and documentation of ballots during the previous voting period, the prior vote will not be certified.

All previously submitted ballots are VOID. All property owners must submit a NEW ballot, even if they have already voted.

IMPORTANT VOTING REQUIREMENTS

• Each lot is entitled to one (1) vote.
• Owners of multiple lots must submit a separate ballot for each lot.
• All ballots must be received by the deadline.
• This is an all-or-nothing vote. The proposed amendment must be voted on as a whole, not by individual sections.
• Approval requires an affirmative vote of 67% of the total votes allocated to the Association, pursuant to Section 9.02 of the Association’s Declaration.
